No.

You can't control how quickly or slowly your hair grows. It just does it's own thing.
For what it's worth, a friend suffers from thinning hair. The hairdresser has advised tapping the scalp briskly with the forefinger and says it stimulates growth.
No Megan - when you get older, you'll realise that this sort of suggestion is just old wives' tales (or advertisers trying to sell you something you don't really need).
^ did the hairdresser keep a straight face?

You answer your own question, 'Naturally'
do not brush or comb your hair after washing until it is dry and avoid hairdryers as they damage you hair ..... these will stop it breaking and therefore not getting longer.
You can't make your hair grow, but you can stop it splitting back and seeming not to grow so quickly by really carefully trimming regularly. Try to find a hair dresser who specialises in long hair ( they are about) or if you prefer to do your own hair twist it into inch or so wide section and VERY CAREFULLY trim along the LENGTH of it snipping the odd stray hairs you find there minutely. You can also singe them off but for goodness sakes be really careful if you choose to do this. Don't just go to the hairdressers and ask for a trim, they take tons of length off and really usually defeat the object, make sure they know you are trying to grow your hair. Make sure also that you condition well and keep it in excellent health otherwise it'll split and split and you'll never see any length gained. All hair shuts off it's growing cycle though at a predetermined point though so some people can grow their hair longer than others.
how to grow you hair long? Choose the right parents. Stress and illness can trigger hair loss ( telogen effluvium) and a healthy diet will maximise your chances of achieving healthy hair growth.
