In my left ear I have:
4 on my ear lobe going up
Helix
3 going down on my forward helix
And Tragus

On my right I just have 4 going up on my ear love, but what else could I have on it?

I am not a fan of piercings at all (thinking about all those quite put me off my lunch!) but if it was me then I would want the same on each ear so they matched. Mind you, that's probably just me being a bit OCD.
