i have an O2 phone I want to switch to Giff Gaff as you get 500 mins for the same price as 75 min on 02. My son says that as gifgaff use the O2 network I just need to put the new giffgaff sim in and activate it, is this correct?

Yes...but they are hassle-free and no problems with them.

They are very good. If you have an iPhone you will have to change the APN settings. It is quite straightforward and available on the GiffGaff site.

The daughter moved from O2 to Giff Gaff and loves it. No more free calls from our O2 phones to her now though.
