hi. I have got a vax carpet shampooer. the cam belt snapped, I replaced it and now the brush roller wont go round. Any ideas? thanks

our brush motor burnt out after 14 months (actual usage around 5hrs) the cost was exorbitant for a new motor so we slung out,cheaper to get the rug doctor on hire from "the range"
