I want to be able to read my emails in Outlook Express so am trying to add my NTL email address so that the emails get forwarded. I get so far and it then asks me to specify whether my incoming email server is IMAP, POP3 or HTTP. Does anyone know which one is correct? Also if i finally manage to do that the next line asks for the name of the incoming mail server and the outgoing mail (SMTP) server.....do i just enter NTL in here? Thanks

Usually pop3. Look on the website for the ntl email forwarding options - incoming and outgoing mail servers. The format should look somthing like: pop3.ntlmail.com

Your outgong mail server is determined by your ISP, or if your domain allows pop3 forwarding a domain based server:

should look like:
smtp.ntlmail.com
or
yourwebsite.mail.com

Attach these server names in your ACCOUNTS prefs.
Further to the answer given above, the NTL mail server is definitely POP3 and the mail settings are

pop.ntlworld.com
smtp.ntlworld.com
