What is the piece of music played during the Sky Sports advert for their April sporting coverage?

I've asked this one also, with no replies. I do know it's a version of Pachelbel's Canon but I don't know the artist.

Found it! It's called Locus Iste(Sanctus) and the artists are called Libera.
