This year is proving to be a tough one for me. I'm currently taking a hayfever tablet, Loratadine (usually the only one that works), nasal spray and drops and I'm still miserable from it.

Can I take more than one hayfever tablet a day?

I can't take honey but if you have any other suggestions please do

Thanks

I also take cetirizine on prescription from GP. No drowsiness with it. Advised to put vaseline around nostrils to prevent spores getting up nose, it does help.
I find wearing sunglasses all through the summer helps keep pollen out of my eyes too.

Hope you find something that helps.

Thanks everyone. Think a trip to the GP might have to happen.
Greedfly.....this is a contentious issue, but your GP may play ball which would solve your problem.

Ask him about a shot of depot steroid.
