Why Has My 14 Month Old Got Spots?

They're only on his face! He had a big one on his cheek that went after a few days.. Then a couple of weeks later he's had about 7 appear over a few days. I think they're getting smaller, but why is my 14 month old getting spots?!

Baby Acne or hormonal comes to mind.

No big deal....the vast majority of baby rashes will disappear without treatment.
