Sending A Parcel

Can anyone recommend a company for parcel sending that is cheaper than Royal Mail please? I`m not sure how much it weighs yet but it`s probably a few kilos. I have heard people on here mention who they use but I can`t remember the names of the companies.

I use collect plus. always arrives quickly and cheaply. you have to take it to a corner shop. It is tracked and insured.

Thanks. I`ll check them out. I like the look of Collect+. Can you send direct to the person or does the parcel have to go to their nearest pick up point?
