I suspect this bunch wont stop until cars are banned (or have the red flag law reinstated)

I serioulsy doubt the poll and would love to know the actual question asked.

Having said that I am an advocate of the 20mph limit near schools and playgrounds. We have one outside our house as I am just a couple of doors up from a school. The problem is that it is never enforced, cars park all over the yellow lines and restricted parking and where are plod ?

So maybe enforce what we have before spreading this.

I don't personally know anyone who wants it. I know many who are incensed by some ego manic imposing it everywhere trying to claim safety as an excuse. Oh it is so hilarious to rhyme "twenty" with "plenty" isn't it, maybe because "utterly ludicrous" is a difficult phrase to rhyme. It's like those with power just want to push their ridiculous hobby horses regardless, and who have no sense of balance. No doubt they and their colleagues will claim the overwhelming majority also want 2 mph then because that would be even safer. Where is citizen Smith to line all these who wish to make life more restricted and unpleasant up against the wall, when he is desperately needed ? Why do we tolerate these idiots in power ? How the heck do they get there ? Why does anyone listen to them ?
