I've long been seeking these things - pie tins with a holey base so that the base crust cooks well and crisps. I identified some in the US (Chicago Metallic, River Road) but there seems to be a problem with shipping to where I live in the Isle of Man. Can anyone help with a supplier, home or abroad, which will ship to me?
