Has anyone used these companies? I googled Gumtree and people say there are a lot of scammers/timewasters.

I use Preloved a lot for our animals/pets etc, never had a problem.

Thanks Ratter. On the forum that I looked at, I kind of got the impression that people preferred Preloved. Does it work the same way in that you just advertise and someone pays up and collects?

Thanks Mazie. I think I`ll go with them.
I use gumtree when the time comes I need a hair cut because all the London schools and salons have offers of free cuts on there when they need models. I think they are less regulated than, for example, ebay so would be cautious when buying on there - if I ever did.
Good luck with it SJ x

Thanks everyone. I have something that is quite heavy and bulky so I put it on Ebay Collect Only but had no offers. I have just removed it before the end of the auction because I don`t really want someone getting it for 99p - I`d rather give it to a charity shop as it`s worth more than that.
