Here it comes .
Have they painted it light grey to camouflage it against the wet, cloudy sky?

Frustrated by the weather here.

Question Author
I just saw glimpses of it through the cloud . Should be better next time round in a few weeks .
I wandered out onto the teararse with my drink.

But the viz was no good.

List of suggested improvements.

1. Sky clears.
2. Air warms up.
3. It stops drizzling.
4. JJ sits in comfy chair with feet up to watch SS passing over.
5. Little man on hand to refill JJ's glass if it runs out before SS has fully passed over.

If my small and reasonable list could receive attention, that would be great.
I like to think of the astronauts peering out of the window of the SS, nudging each other, and saying ...

Look, there's wendilla's house!
Question Author
JJ I burst out laughing at that . Xx
Question Author
Did you not notice them doing a dip as they pass over my area ?
I thought that was just turbulence.

(ignores space vacuum logic)

Don't believe that . If all the neighbours lit a candle when they go over I sure they would see it and say there's wendillqs house .
I'm really not interested in science kind of stuff, but I think it's fascinating that you can just see this thing in the sky, and it's in Space! and it's got people up there inside it.

(I just read that back, and it reads like I'm five years old)

lol
Question Author
I don't know science stuff either . Just took up the interest in it after reading about it on here about 7 years ago and was amazed at how many people did not know they could see it with the naked eye .
// how many people did not know they could see it with the naked eye //

Including me!
