i saw this on news earlier, wondered if i have any that are valuable, our currency seems to have gone down the pan.

Yes emmie, I was quite surprised that any of the decimal coinage would be worth more than it's face value.

strangely i looked, and the only 50p in the purse is one of these, the same design, same wording, 1759 to 2009,
