31a : Number of times x Salmond has been elected First Minister? I reckon it is twice but does not fit in with 26d previously answered as THRALED which would suggest three times.

Hi andrit I would agree with dannyk I also had difficulty with it and trilled was all I could find but now have changed it to thirled,good luck.
