it looks genuine, even the top players do these type of tricks, i remember seeing John Virgo doing some of this stuff, though the ball this guy is using
could be weighed in some way to flow the way it does, but watching it again, still looks pretty convincing.

All the top players do these trick shots and have been oing themfor years. One of the best was the American pool player Willie Mosconi,after whom the major American Pool competition is named. Have a look on YouTube there's loads of his stuff.

Willie Mosconi was doing tricks 70 years ago (first 1/2 of video). I like the potting 6 balls in one shot, starting from a different table.
