Does anyone know how I can contact T mobile or EE by email please? I don't want to ring them up and can't get to a branch at the moment. I have searched both sites and all I get is FAQ or ring us when I use the 'contact us' facility. Why oh why do these firms make it so difficult to email them? grrrr -rosy
I don't but I believe some companies get so inundated with e-mails that the sender expects answering promptly, that they avoid giving out e-mail addresses. There is no control over input. It may be the case here.
Sorry ... but ha, ha - a previous post of mine indicted the hassle I had with them over a 5 day period. Don't believe any email adds they give you, 'cos as indicated in another answer it's a waste of time. The only way you'll get any assistance, and with perseverance is via their 150 link, and then make sure you press the right contact on offer. Be prepared for many calls, you will probably end up in Delhi, Malta, or if lucky a UK Call centre.
