I can't get into eBay this morning, is it just me or are others having problems?

I can log in by going to eBay.com , the USA site but as soon as I try to revise an item it just says Google chrome can not find eBay server, firefox is the same.

Ebay UK seems to be working for me, I'm using IE11.
