How Do I Watch Film I Have Downloaded On The Move Away From Wi Fi ?

I download film but cannot watch it away from wifi .Do I need the full sky package to access this . I can watch it in house no problem but not away from wifi .apparently I can just need it explained simply . I have sky hd with entertainments package . This is for iPad .

Wendi..I downloaded from iPlayer all the time....can then watch on bus etc with no WiFi....

Success at last how thick can I get but by reading back through your replies I did not realise I had to turn wi fi off on my iPad . Thank you Wolfgang for mentioning airplane no data connection . It woke my brain up .
