Probably a remixed version of Rest Assured "treat Infamy". The regular version was quite uptempo when it got going but I do seem to recall a slow version with a female vocal
massive attack sang, bitter sweet sympathy, you may have mis heard the intro ?

Massive Attack sang Unfinished Sympathy chief. Different tune. although amazing!

The Verve who wrote the original cannot stop people doing god awful cover versions cause they dont own the rights to the tune. They Sampled a string section from the Rolling Stones "the last time" and The owner of this sample (former stones manager Andrew Loog Oldham) then licensed it to every talentless tom dick and harry who wanted to cash in. Thats why it appeared on an Advert for Vauxhall cars. Obviously if you like the remix thats cool, horses for courses etc and unfortunatly i dont know who it was by but if youre interested there is a remix of the original that was done by James Lavelle and was sanctioned by the Verve which is absolutely magnificent.

Cheers
