The Smart system finds the talktalk network easily but when trying to connect to the router (to enable wifi) the system always says that the internet is not connected.
Any ideas anyone.

Start - Wireless Settings - finds talktalk - Enter Security Key which I took from the computer - DONE is highlighted when Password is entered - next screen says Wireless network disconnected?
The other thing is tv and mobile phone/internet radio both using the same IP Address.
You took the Security Key from your computer. If you've got a TalkTalk rotuer isn't the key printed on that?
the password is underneath the router or on a card that normally you get with an internet provider

Thank you JOMLETT, BHG481 and VOR4781.
I found the SSID number on the bottom of the router but it did not have SSID beside it.
I checked and it is the correct SSID
Now the Smart system wants ' enter security key'?
It will be in the same place - maybe called 'password' or similar
