Recording streamed radio programmes onto CD?

I enjoy listening back to some radio programmes after they have been broadcast, and the BBC let you do this for upto a week. Does anyone know of a way that I can burn these programmes onto CD?

Download this free Gizmo and you can record what comes through the soundcard on your computer,save as an MP3 file and then burn to CD.
