Weston Super Mare

What county is WSM in? I always thought it was in Somerset. But today I w's getting the papers and a frozen food delivery van pulled up. It said Weston Super Mare, Winchester. I checked and it was on both sides. Is this correct?

it's not in hampshire, like winc hester is, that's for sure. Perhaps it meant wsm AND Winchester?
