Seasoning A Ceracraft Pan

I have been given one of these, but the original packaging was replaced with gift packaging.
I know these fry pans should be 'seasoned' but I have no idea how.
Can anyone help me please ? Thank you.

Before use rub vegetable oil onto surface with a kitchen towel. Warm on a hob on a medium heat until it starts to sizzle. Leave to cool then wash or wipe clean. Repeat periodically to improve surface performance and longevity. Furlew, these are instructions from my Ceracraft packaging. I am so pleased that I bought it. Have posted before about how much I like it. Hope you enjoy!

Thank you both very much indeed.
I must look for your post Rosie, I read reviews slating them, I guess they hadn't seasoned properly. That was on the JML website.
