Homegroup Removal

Having scouted Windows 8.1 forums for an answer I still have to rely on you guys to help me out. The Homegroup Icon had finally perched itself on my screen now and try as I may it will not move or more importantly DELETE. Can you help please?? As I say, it is Windows 8.1 that I am on. Thanks. Thanks Alex but that is ok for 8 but not 8.1. I have now found the answer, if you open Homegroup, delete any additional PCs to your own. Restart and you will find the icon has gone. You can always 're install any at a later date. Tel
