I have a tattoo which I have never regretted having even though I'm now a pensioner. It's very personal to me and unless I'm wearing a swimsuit is invisible to anyone else. I tend to go on cruise holidays and must admit to being surprised by the number of elderly, obviously moneyed ladies, who have tattoos.
isnt this covered by the tattooing of minors act 1968 ?
I remember it being debated.....an example I recall of a law enacted to protect public health - there was an epidemic of Hep B in under sixteens who had had tatoos
