M4 Stopover In Wales.

Please, can anyone suggest a nice comfortable hotel/restaurant for a stopover just off the M4 between the Severn crossing and the end of the motorway in West Wales. The motorway caffs are not very nice!No WGs answers please!!

I only want to stop for a cup of tea and a sandwich in peaceful surroundings!! We used to go to Ross on Wye and stop at the Chase Hotel but I don't know where to stop on the M4.
