In star wars a new hope a noticeable mistake is when a stormtrooper walks into a door rattling his headand then again in attack of the clones jango fett seems to do it as well whilst boarding his ship slave 1.Are these genuine oversights by george lucas or has he put them in deliberately

I'm sure this is there, but my favourite is when Luke comes back and sees Princess Leia, she shouts "Luke!" and he shouts "Carrie!" - the actress's real name instead of her character name. Ooops!
There a loads of Star Wars Bloopers sites out there. This one claims to be the most comprehensive. Certainly the stormtrooper banging his head was not intentional & is probably the best known blooper. I understand that the subesquent line "See to him" were later added to the soundtrack.

My favourite was in Episode 4. Just as our heroes strap themselves into the Millenium Falcon cockpit & blast out of Mos Eisley spaceport, you see a very brief glimpse of someone in a green overalls (presumably a member of the film crew) running out of shot behind them. This was edited out of later releases so unless you've got the original video (like moi) you'll have to take my geeky word for it.
