They are: Fleegle - the beagle, Snorky - the elephant, Bingo - the gorilla, and Drooper - the lion. It's later than you think - this was aired on UK TV in the early 1970s, and debuted in America way back in 1968! All together now ..."Tra-la-la...tra-la-la-la....(fades mercifully!)
