when trying to send an email i keep being told that i do not have access to my address book.

obviously have used this address book on many occasions so what am i doing wrong now?

please can someone help.

This happens to me sometimes with BT. Switch off and switch on again, might work, very technical.

no, i thought that might be the answer but switched off last night after failing to forward a message and then this evening failed againm. i also tried to send a fresh message and failed. but i am told that there are addesses on my list just that i cannot access them.
