Ipad Update To Ios7 Wrong Time Showing

I live in the UK and at the moment the time on my ipad is 4 hours ahead, 10:15 am here. Any ideas how I can correct this on my ipad 2. Not sure I like this new update, everything seems so much slower. Thanks

Make sure it's set to where you are.

I've heard it slows up the iPad 2 so I've not succumbed yet, I know it's inevitable but I'm hanging on for grim death :)

I have it on my iphone 5 and ipad mini and find its much faster and I can have more apps open without slowdown.

From what I can make out Woofy, it's the iPad 2 that has slowed up since ios7, I updated my 4s and that's fine.
