Confused / Dilemma !!

Basically my hubby wants us to rent a property that would be perfect for his business and to be honest I have fell in love with it too!! Hate were we live as there is lots of low lives, drug users, and loose dogs. The problem is that I have 2 sons ....one is in his last year of school...the other one go's to college so it would mean them moving in with their dad or coming with us and having to change school and college. It is only half hour drive away but I couldnt physically ferry them backwards and forwards because of the shifts I work.

I wouldn't make either go and live with their dad at this critical time in their education whether they were OK about it or not and certainly not move school. Having said that I wouldn't give up my own dream either. I don't believe a 30 minute journey to school should stop you, there must be ways round it. I expect vast numbers of kids travel over half an hour to get to school.

what about a scooter each?, i think they can ride them at 17
or bikes?

I had my last A level yr at a different school

and it is remarkably disruptive (1968) - it was said at the time that it took a y for the child to fit into the new school.....

however I have to say I wouldnt recommend it.
[ I also did a gap year which I would recommend....]
