haha BOO class answer, sorry I forgot to mention that i can't afford to go there, Brazilian embassy good shout, and yeah Skype would be great but I wouldn't know where to go to find out people on Skype, if you know what I mean :)

To design something you need to be resourceful. If you can't think of sensible ways to contact relevant people I don't think you stand much chance.

Contact Amnesty International; www.amnesty.org.uk/ and ask about human rights abuses in Brazil, how can you help, and can they give you contacts.

There are lots of penfriend sites so just pick one of those and specify you want a penfriend or 10 in Brazil; their e-mail addresses will come up.
