I keep getting spots around my chin area only. As one goes another one comes. They are sore and red but no head & start with a slight itch/tingle. Tried everything from Freederm to Teattree cream from health shop but nothing works! Could they be hormornal as i'm 53?

Suggest you google "menopausal acne" there's a lot of info online
Could be hormonal. Do you eat a lot of soy or drink soy milk? I had terrible outbreaks on my chin last year when I started drinking soy milk. Not 100% sure that was the cause but if you google soy + spots on chin there are loads of forums about it.
How does your hair hang? I find with some conditioners they make parts of my skin spotty.

Are they definitely spots? They couldn't be little ingrowing hairs or anything with a hormonal cause?
