It was a lovely story - and just proves honesty is the best policy. He deserves the £70,000 which will completely change his life.

I found a purse a few years ago, and through some documents in it I traced it back to an old lady who lived in an almshouse in our town. She was completely overwhelmed that I had gone to the trouble of returning it, and even bought me some flowers. It was worth not keeping it (her pension was in it) just to see her face light up when I knocked at her door.
