He lives with his mother who is the tenant but at 19 is not dependent on her (he's dependent on the taxpayer).
Surely his behaviour means that he can no longer live in a council house - isn't his mother breaching her tenancy by allowing him to behave like that, or by allowing him to live in the house whilst behaving like that?

B00 - does he sound like the type that would listen? He has a previous conviction for racial abuse and that hasn't stopped him.

True ummmm, point well made, and before anyone says anything ,yes I've thrown my eldest out (was 19 as well at the time) for far less.
I would of thrown mine out for much less.

(see what I done there, B00)
haha, yeah ;-)
He should have been given alternative accommodation - courtesy of Her Majesty. Moron!
singles don't get priority usually on council housing... if they were to evict him he would likely end up on the street.
that is where he is heading, the numpty...
Simple

Kick him out and house him at Her Majesty's pleasure.

Won't please the human rights brigade probably but thats tough
So this disgusting little maggot gets a two year injunction which bans him from committing criminal offences !. I imagine he will want to keep his empty head low for a while now his details and offending particulars are public.
If he was kicked out he would not be rehoused as he is not a vulnerable person, he would have to find somewhere to live himself, in reality he would be sleeping on the street. He is not the tenant so he can't be evicted but his Mum can.
The injunction will do no good, he is already well known for his misbehaviour he will just look on it as a 'badge of honour'
You're probably right Eddie. It would do this vile thing good to spend a couple of months in prison, he'd soon learn to behave if he started playing gangsta's in the 'yard at HMP Winson Green.

You're right, it would do the ignorant little oik good to spend time at Winson Green.
Horrible man. I don't think an adult can be held responsible for another adult's behaviour, even if she is his mother? He needs to be taught some manners somewhere.
Question Author
Pixie, the mother is living in a council house and as I posted earlier in the thread she can be evicted:

A council or housing association landlord can ask a court to evict you if you someone in your household or someone visiting you:
has been guilty of causing a nuisance locally;
has been convicted of using your home for illegal or immoral purposes (such as drug dealing)
has been convicted of an offence committed in your home or the surrounding local area.

I hope that now he has been convicted the council will take action. A horrendous situation for the neighbours.
We don't know the situation of the family though - there may be younger siblings at home and in evicting the mum, they would be made homeless too and then the council would most likely have to rehouse them. Seems best to focus on him - wait for him to break his ASBI and then re-house him, as others have said, at her majesty's pleasure.
