My neighbors house is virtually on my property, it is in fact the property boundary. Problem is a large colony of wasps have made a nest in his house, between the ceiling and roof, they enter and leave on my property and have rendered the bottom end of my garden, where his house is, uninhabitable. I spoken to him about this and he is not interested as the wasps do not affect him or his property.
Where do I stand are far as getting rid of them without having to pay for this myself or go the legal route?

I'M FfIrly sure you don't stand anywhere because you don't have a legal leg to stand on. I also dontreally understand what uninhabitable means in relation to a garden. Do you live in the garden?

Bednobs, I don't live in the garden, My vegetables are growing there, I also have a puppy and a cat. The wasps prevent anybody been there.
Wasps would certainly make it off-limits for me. Ring the council for advice, good luck.
