i don't know about your fone, but you can on my nokia 710. Just record the sound then in options it will say set to ringtone if it doesn't say this in your option menu then sorry you won't be able to do it

No you cant unfortunatley, i have one of my own and ive tried it but it dosent work, and plus, on mine the recordings are really quiet and you have to listen to it as if you were taking a call. Not very good really
