My sister has finally cracked up - a mentally challenged person has been ringing her and texting particularly very very very bad things about her parents.

My sister has tried to deal with it for the past 4 years but I think she has cracked up today - she cannot cope - "not letting on to me" - she is worried her parents will my sister not answer - etc etc

We are talking about 40 year old lady absorbed in my sister - my sister has lost a son and doesn't need this. She is worried her parents will contact her OmG???

Conne you have talked about this before I think? If your sister won't take action about it, then hard as it is, I am not sure what can be done.
She could go to the police, conne, if she's being harrassed - or change her phone numbers, and not tell this person.

thanks woofie - I guess we have talked about it before - but now I think it has got to her. Her call I guess but worried about the parents as they are very nice people.

This lady has (mentally challenged) has wrecked houses - shaved her hair - etc - and it seems the whole lot is falling on her ( my sister) So far she got her number "blocked" - but you know mobile phones are different to landlines.
I'd check who she is giving her mob number to, as someone is passing it on: a year ago I had someone keep harrassing me, so I contacted my mobile provider and asked for a new number, and gave it out only to people I trusted would not pass it on.
I am sorry about your sister, but while she may not see light at the end of the tunnel yet, continuing love and support will see her through in the end.
Some people buy blocks of monbile phone numbers, years ago I got some dreadful messages from unknown person, Vodafone ahd to sort it and apologised cos the numbers ahd been sold on. Don't know if that happens in England or if it has been stopped now.
