Hello, just joined and it looks like a lively community here. I wonder if anyone can answer this for me? If someone has ovarian cancer, not detected or treated could it progress to invade the lungs to give lots of problems there including over production of mucus and causing lung congestion? Thanks if you can answer me.

What you are saying is, could the spread (metastasis) produce lung symptoms without any symptoms from the primary site ( the ovary).

Yes.......but not commonly and it would have to be a very aggressive ovarian cancer.
