Hi all
We have an Orbitsound sound bar, just recently the sub woofer is cutting out. This problem is intermittent, it can go ok for a few days and then cut out and then come back on. We have had the soundbar for 5 months and bought from John Lewis. We do not have any luck with these soundbar systems as this was a replacement for a Panasonic soundbar, that you had to reset everytime you turned it back on. Jonh Lewis will be fed up of me. Any ideas what it may be. I dont want to keep putting off reporting it as it is still within it's warranty. Im going for the full 5.1 system as they will be more reliable, thats if JL will refund.
