car commercial with cool music, not sure where to find it

I saw this car ad fairly recently, where this woman is home and looks outside and sees the car in the driveway, then goes into the fridge and drinks all the milk, then says "honey im going to the store, we're all out of milk" and goes in the car. While shes looking at the car/drinking the milk there is a man's voice saying something (not sure what). Not sure of the car make/year/model either. I just think the music thats playing is cool (sounds kinda classical). any body know what ad im talking about? would it be possible to tell me where on the net i can find it? thanks alot in advance!
