Concealed European Style Kitchen Cabinet Hinges

The concealed cabinet hinges on one of our cupboard doors has started to make a snapping sound when we open it. I removed the door to examine the hinges. It's the lower hinge that makes the noise but I cannot see anything different about it compared with the upper hinge.

Has anyone else experienced this/know the solution?

Change it for a new one Barquentine, there pretty cheap.
