Ford Focus spare keys

I put a question on here a while back about getting a spare key for my 2003 ford focus. I need another key with the central locking fob on. What is the process of getting this done? I know I need to contact ford, but do they the car and keys, only keys or just the key code to cut me a new key?

Yes they need the car, make a booking to cut and code a new key, and you just need to take the car and usually V5 and proof you are the person named on the V5. While you wait appointments should be offered as it doesnt take long.
