Who is the girl doing the voiceover on the current Homebase adverts - is it 'Nicola' from Emmerdale (I think her real name is Nicola Wheeler)?

I think it might be the actress who played Carol in Emmerdale a few years back - she was Vivs friend who gazumped her to buy the B&B. Shes also been in Hollyoaks but I can't find her name.
