Saturday Supper....

As there have been no new posts for nearly 3 hours ABers must be out enjoying the sunshine!

Has it been a picnic lunch or are you saving yourselves for a BBQ this evening?

I'm making homemade burgers, a bacon, mushroom and Swiss for Mr Cake and a sophisticated version of a Big Mac for me. There will be no fries though just a side salad.

How will you all be dining today?

Moroccan lamb for our evening meal tonight (it's tea in our house, supper's what you have when you come in from the pub).

Was over 27 degrees here later afternoon so I was hiding from it, reading my book with a coffee in the shade then shopping.

I had salad with wafter thin ham and a fruit salad for after. Keep having to remember it's much later than I keep thinking it is today.

rustic rolls with olives in spread with Umami paste with a side of black olives and champagne mixed with fruit juice and served over ice.

I've just had a plate piled high with spinach and rocket leaves, chunks of chicken,shredded baby beetroot,home made mayo...drizzled with olive oil. Some dark chocolate in a bit.
