Does anyone know if Saudia Arabia has a policy of foreign aid or donating to disaster funds ?

This is from 2004 but apparently they do give foreign aid:

Bizzarely though they recieve $25m of aid from the US aswell - what for i dont know.

Thanks for concise answer. I was told that despite being one of the richest countries they never gave foreign aid. I suppose you could als call buying the Eurofighter foreign aid as well.
