I have 10 Solenoid motors, 5 x 5V motors and 5 x 36V motors, I want to the 5V motors at 5V each, and the 36V motors at 19V each, how do I wire up a power supply to divide the volts out to each motor to stop all of the power going to one of the motors and blowing it / them. etc.

You'll need a tapped transformer (one with separate 5v and 19v outputs) or two PSUs.
