Good morning all from a surprisingly warm Sussex. It's only 4.18 am and it's already quite sticky and muggy. I've been out to water the garden, feed the birds, feed the foxes, done a load of washing and had a million cups of Earl Grey and now I'm all set to go and have a shower and get dressed. Hope the sun shines on YOU, wherever you may be. Make the most of it. It won't last !! Flaming June... xxx

Morning all. Looks like another lovely day. Yesterday I did something I rarely do. Together with a friend, I sat on a bench on a pretty village green in the warm sunshine eating an ice cream and watching the world go by. Not often I get time to something like that - and it was lovely. Must make a note to try to do it more often - that's if we get more sunshine. :o)

Im off to my Nephews wedding today (in a church, I will hold my tongue, I promise) It will be an amazing day, I'm looking forward to it :-)

Al that food and ale, Hell yes!! the diet takes a back seat today :-))
