I am not getting consistent hot water in my upstairs bath, sink or shower.I have had British gas out who have cleaned the boiler out and can't find a fault.They think there is an issue with the mixer but can't understand how it can be on 3 things? Has anybody got any ideas?

Most likely the Plate Heat Exchanger sludged up with gunge or scale (hard water area?)

You wouldn't know just by looking at it. You really need to get a "proper" boiler man to look at it Jaguar.
